The Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) is an independent entity to regulate economic and commercial matters related to civil aviation in Malaysia. Their goal is to promote a commercially viable, consumer-oriented and resilient civil aviation industry which supports the nation’s economic growth.
DG's team created an eye-catching responsive website to help them achieve their goals by providing a mechanism for protection to the consumers and a mechanism for dispute resolution between aviation industry players.
Their approach was consumers focused, and by looking at the needs of their users we were able to meet the frustrations and complaints of their users head on. So we created, responsive and adaptive website and we made sure the content is easily accessible and navigable. So consumers intuitively find services and information for their specific needs.
